Which Golden Triangle villages do you cover?

Alderley Edge, Wilmslow, Prestbury, Knutsford, Mottram St Andrew, Mobberley, Chelford and Hale, plus Macclesfield just outside it. Congleton is our base, so this is a short run for the Cheshire team rather than an outlying job.

Do conservation areas affect what I can lay?

They can. Parts of Alderley Edge, Prestbury and Wilmslow sit in conservation areas, and some properties are listed, which affects materials and boundary work more than the driveway build-up itself. We will flag anything worth checking with the local authority at the site visit rather than after the quote.

Can you work around electric gates and an intercom?

Yes. We agree access arrangements before the first day, work out where deliveries stand, and set the finished levels so the gates still swing or slide correctly over the new surface. If ducting or a loop detector needs allowing for, that goes in the quotation.

How much of the garden gets disturbed?

Only what the job needs. Excavation, sheeting, plant routes and spoil storage are planned at the survey so mature planting and existing paving are protected, and we clear the site down as we go rather than at the end.

Do you cover Chester or west Cheshire?

No. We keep to east Cheshire, the Golden Triangle, South Manchester and Stockport so we can get to you quickly for a site visit and stay on top of the work. Chester and west Cheshire are outside the area we take on.
